Such a stunning spot, really tucked away into nature. The rooms are beautiful, with balconies that offer an incredible view of the valley. The food is superb and the staff very friendly. Even the internet was strong enough to work! I also did the Los Pinos hike, which starts in their backyard - the steep incline is well worth it for the views at the top.

Maria, Karolina and Magola were the best hosts we have stayed with!!! They made our stay feels like home: we had dinner with them, play the game "stop" with Karolina and the food made by Maria was really really good!!!! The views are absolutly astonishing! We will remember you forever! Maria also let us leave our bags in their house while we went to pass a night in Park Tayrona!

One of the most magical places I have ever been lucky enough to stay in. Don Javier is a gem, the food was delicious, and the property was absolutely magical! Also, he makes the best food in all of Colombia.

Offering an outdoor swimming pool and river view, Las Cabañas del Rio is situated in Minca, 18 km from Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino and 21 km from Santa Marta Gold Museum. The property is just amazing and probably one of the best we have noticed in the Minca. Tucked in at the bottom of the rainforest, with two rivers crossing, the site just offers the perfect spot for serenity and tranquility. The two pools are fed with circulating river water, but you can also swim in the river at the bottom of the property. A little huts offer basic facilities, but they’re very comfortable. The host is very kind and extremely facilitating. We stayed two nights but we could’ve easily stayed on entire week!

Buritaca House is set in Buritaca. The air-conditioned accommodation is 2 km from Playa Buritaca. The country house has family rooms. Very clean and comfortable! Keinder was very friendly and helpful! Made my stay easier and more pleasant! Good location also to go to rio o el costeno to hang around.
