Location was excellent and stargazing was amazing. Hosts were very hospitable, helpful, and informative. It was so quiet at night.it was a great place to relax and visit with our friends.

28 Palms Ranch, a property with barbecue facilities, is situated in Twentynine Palms, 11 km from Fortynine Palms Oasis Trail, 40 km from Willow Hole, as well as 40 km from Pine City. It seems a bit far out of JT and will take ~20-30mins to drive to the main JT park, but once you get there you get peace and quiet. Maybe I hadn't read it properly, the yurt was a complete surprise. The bed was large and very comfy and very spacious inside. We didn't bother cooking on the BBQ, but it was great to build up a fire, drink a beer and chill in the evenings. We had a few cute mice join us by the fire and lucky enough to see a coyote at sun rise. Stay in Yurt 3 - Red door if you can - IMO the best views of the desert.

Very comfortable beds, beautiful inside and view outside breathtaking! Star gazing while sitting around the firepit was incredible. Everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and replied quickly. A wonderful experience !!

The shower was great and the bed comfortable. If you want to go to a winery or shopping you are not that far away from it all. We definitely want to go back!!
