Great room . Spacious, clean and with very comfortable bed . Bathroom with separate tub plus shower . Indoor secure bike storage . Elevator to upper floors . Reception was very pleasant . Immediately across from train and bus station but very quiet . On-site restaurant was really good with good food choices and reasonable price point . The hamburger I had here for dinner was one of the best I have had anywhere - in Europe or in the U.S. . Very good Breakfast with extensive food choices . Will definitely stop again when on another bicycle journey .

Most guests are probably drawn to the price, and the close location to main sights (like Cologne, Bonn, Aachen or the Euskirchen Baths) and tailor their expectations. This place not only exceeded my expectations, but matched in quality more expensive hotels I've stayed in. The managers are in tune with the necessities of the clients. From flexibility in check in, to the the number of electrical sockets, to the amount and size of the towels, to the topper that guarantees a good nights rest, it felt more like a bedroom than a hotel room. The bathroom is spacious and well equipped, and most importantly very clean.

Everything is available one can imagine, from coffee, tea, soft drinks to extra chargers. Guides of the Phantasialand to Netflix. Everything is clean. We felt at home. Perfect for children, lots of toys. Hosts were very kind and helpful.
