The rooms are very spacious and modern. The big mounted TV was perfect for having a relaxing Netflix and chill day in bed when the weather wasn't great. There's a beautiful view to enjoy your breakfast by. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. A highlight was also the teeny tiny doggy resident to greet you in the mornings.

The property and accommodation was perfect.
The property and accommodation was perfect. It was just as what was advertised. The breakfast was well presented and good. The staff was very friendly and polite. If there was a negative it would be the toilet seat that needs replacing and also to ensure that all toiletry containers are full before guests arrive. Also there was no hand soap for the hand basin. Other than that we had a good stay.

George is a beautiful place with gorgeous picturesque areas but unfortunately I couldn't visit as I I was only passing through only stayed for one night. The location of this hotel is conveniently across the mall where you can go shopping have lunch or dinner. The lady at the reception also told us of other best restaurants we can visit in town and we found the best for our dinner their food was amazing 👏

Pathetic service, an absolute lie (4-star).
Pathetic service, an absolute lie (4-star). Will never ever visit this hotel again, and will make sure to advise others accordingly. In fact, will address this on 'Hello Peter' website to inform the rest of the world!!! Will also review on Booking.com
Shower leaking into the passage and bedroom. Basin running very slowly. Towels more than 10 years old, tattered at the ends and very thin. Toiletries not replenished at all. Uncountable amount of dirty stains on the carpet floor throughout the room, absolutely disgusting. TV loses signal all the time. WiFi signal is very poor. Kettle physically broken. What a disaster... definitely not a 4-star hotel, should be investigated for false advertising.
Manager not really perturbed by the complaints and doesn't really appear to be concerned by the ridiculous condition of the room, because the hotel is apparently "fully booked".
I've been to the Garden Route more that 15 years in a row and by far my worst experience!!

George is a city that MUST be visited by all South Africans.
George is a city that MUST be visited by all South Africans. George, along with Knysna and Plettenberg Bay are the most beautiful destinations in our country. The beaches are amazing (Heralds Bay and Victoria Bay) and the people are friendly. This really is the place to go to get away from the busyness of Joburg and get some decent rest.

I stayed at Be at Rest for a weekend in April. The host (Janey) was amazing and very kind. She took time to explain everything about the property and nearby amenities. The property is ideally located close to most restaurants and businesses. The room was super clean and generally spacious for two. I enjoyed every second of my stay, I will definitely stay at Be at Rest the next time I visit George
A very nice hotel in George. The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and simple. The room was quiet and comfortable. The Loerie Guest Lodge was a perfect place to stay during our road trip heading to Cape Town. The hotel was well located, in easy reach of the Wilderness Beach and the Fat Fish restaurant.
Excellent location just outside George, near the airport. Property has a huge lawn, lots of shade. Most rooms are next to each other, with a low wall seperating them. Bunnies and peacock give a warm welcome to visitors. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated and self catering rooms have everything you need.
Hotel was conveniently located a 5 minute drive from the central George shops and restaurants. The room had all advertised amenities and was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the large balcony and the quiet at night. Staff were friendly.
Staying at the Premier Express was absolutely great. Close to all the restaurants. Safe parking available on the premise.
Friendly and efficient staff. Easy check in.
Staying in George for three nights at the hotel was really awesome.
Lovely new, boutique hotel in a quiet area of George (but close enough to get to town easily).
The decor is really sumptuous and the public areas are a treat to be in.
We would happily stay again.
Loved the comfort of having peace and quite. Very nice place and suitable for a few people. Well situated to get in and out of George when traveling for work. Very nice braai area and swimming pool.
Property is in a perfect location... We wanted the mountains, which were 1k away and it's 300m from town.
Perfectly quiet, so it was ideal.
Had everything that we needed, so very comfy!
As a single lady, I felt safe! Jan is a friendly host and just wants the best for his quests. Always friendly but also very professional! The quest house is one of the best in George!
I liked that is was tranquil and in an estate because estate living is very quiet.
The hotel itself is beautiful. It was my husband's birthday so we loved the surroundings.
