Everything you could wish for in a B&B experience : fine room (ours was on the ground floor) with a spacious bed and ample storage room. Perfect bathroom with a great shower and an impeccable host (or his sister) serving a great breakfast. Definitely a lodging to return to.

Located in Melides in the Alentejo region, Montum Farm Living offers several Houses inserted in the nature and featuring terraces. Absolutely everything Spent 1month is south Portugal and this was our favourite place (homestay hut wihh inflatable jacuzzi)! top!

O Monte das Flores is located within a 10-minute drive from the Vila Nova de Milfontes centre. Malhão Beach is 3 km away from the property. 2nd time here. And we'll be back 🙂

Set in Zambujeira do Mar, 900 metres from Sudoeste TMN, Monte Soalheiro boasts an outdoor pool and views of the canal. Lovely setting, very quiet and perfect for some reading time, lovely staff and breakfast, beautiful bathroom and lovely view from the balcony

TEIMA, Alentejo SW is a bed and breakfast located 6 km from São Teotónio and has an outdoor swimming pool. Everything. Luisa Botelho, the owner, was such a nice host. She even booked the restaurants for us - with the bestest seats. And the place is just amazing. A special mention to the pool and all the nature ambience.

Located in the Vicentine Coast, southwestern Portugal, Montes de Baixo is set within a natural park and offers a property with 40 acres which includes accommodation with private terraces and a natural... quaint little place, very charming, very comfortable bed and pillows, can see the stars at night, natural pool, super friendly host, shared kitchen was great (some bedroom have their own kitchen too).

Located 500 metres from Cercal village, Quinta Camarena is a 3.5-hectare property with an outdoor swimming pool. It sits a 15-minute drive from Vila Nova de Milfontes. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in desperate need of some relaxation and this was the perfect place. The property is beautiful and well-maintained tucked away in the countryside in Alentejo. The hosts Cam and Vera were the best! Cam was a great communicator and willing to help us out with any request. We enjoyed horse riding and a wine tour that Cam was able to arrange with local partners. The on-site staff were great, especially the chef Rapha who's incredibly friendly and willing to accommodate our dietary needs. Every meal was incredible and made with fresh local ingredients, still think about his breakfasts :). Do yourself a favor and check this place out when travelling through Portugal!
