Very clean, perfect location, located in the heart of madrid. Friendly and helpful staff, they asked us 1 day before our arrival when we will be there, and we told them that we'll arrive 1 hour before the check-in time, and when we arrived they already did our room.

The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

Salome was fantastic accomodation. Extremely affordable. Right in the city centre, close proximity to all the sights. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I do not think I can find any better place given the price range. I definitely got more than I paid for. The location is 1-2 minutes walk from Gran Via metro. The location might seem like a busy place given it is a shopping street but overall I found it very safe and pretty quiet in the room. The room is comfortable to stay: good bed and good shower. The room got cleaned everyday, also towels got replaced daily. I didn't expect this from the price. This is very kind of the host. The host of the place was very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend.
